What Can I Expect From Appointments?

Therapy sessions are typically 60 minutes in length. In the beginning, meeting once per week is often the most effective approach, allowing us to build momentum and create lasting progress together If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours notice (excluding weekends and holidays). Cancellations made with less notice will be charged the full session fee.

What Fees Are Associated?

 I work on a standard self-pay rate of $150/per session. I do not accept insurance however I do offer a certain number of sliding scale spots to ensure sessions are manageable and accessible based on individual need.  I also offer a special rate for Veterans, First Responders and their families.  To ensure clarity and ease we will go over fees in our first complimentary phone or telehealth session.
