WELCOME
You’ve spent a long time figuring things out on your own. Maybe that’s worked. Maybe it’s left you feeling disconnected, misunderstood, or stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, relationship stress, communication struggles, caregiving pressure, professional and career stress. A significant part of my practice is dedicated to men working through relationship stress, addiction and the pressure of holding it all together.
I also have a growing specialty working with seniors dealing with the ups and downs of aging, including Mild Cognitive Impairment, alongside their families.

For those carrying wounds from the past that continue to shape the present, trauma informed care and inner child work are woven into our sessions. My deepest belief is that every person deserves to feel understood, heard, and empowered to show up fully for themselves and for the people they love.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. Whether you’re struggling, stuck, or simply ready for something to change, I’m here and I genuinely care. Reach out when you’re ready.
